I seem to remember, maybe it was lurch who had some cams put in.
What are you trying to set up to do?

It all depends on what kind of riding you do. I have high lift cams from web-cam, you have to install heavy duty springs with them. But they are worth it. They also have a all-around cam too. www.webcaminc.com

it was like $150 for cams but i didnt switch cores plus that was with srpings i think.
