Call Four Stroke Tech @ 814 842 6159 they have 310cc, 350cc, and of coarse the 411cc used in the team Kawasaki race Mojave. I had head work done by them on my Mojave and was very pleased. As for weight reduction, you could remove the front rubber mud flaps and brackets, rear foot guards, aluminum handle bars, not a whole lot.
