Try Thompson's in Huntsville TN. That's north TN, pretty close to KY. They don't dicker very much, just give a good price from the start. No set-up or shipping fees added on. No BS. I've bought 3 ATV's from them over the years. Their number - (423) 663-2222

Moore Brothers, Walnut Ridge AK. Got a 2002 Kaw 650 for $6200. No addtional charges.

 

Check out ebay. I was on there a couple weeks ago and it looked like a either a dealer or rental place was blowing out '01 Mojaves. For new, do a search on the internet and see what dealers pop up. Also search this site for what people have paid over the past year. I seem to remember someone saying they paid $3300, but that might have been some special, weird deal.
