sup guys i just wanted to know is a mohave a good quad.. i want a fast pretty powerful quad ..i dont want the power to be stupidly weak is the mohave good for me... if i spendabout $1,500 or less on parts can i get the mohave to do 60 andhave wayyyyyyyy more power thanks bye

 

The mojave is a great quad. I have one myself. It has lots of power, and will easily do 60mhp. You can do a lot of things to a mojave with 1500 dollars. If power is what you want, an exhuast system can add power, but you need the right one. A good system that is cheap is the DG RCM steel with spark arester. I have heard it adds 5hp to the engine.

I would suggest to get a supertrapp exhaust, not the ids2 and get the dyno-jet kit and an air filter. that should do it for now

 

My mojave is a 1990. It has a high compression piston, Dirt Hooks front and Dirt Dogs rear tires, and DG alloy grapbar. It also has several new shafts and gears inside because I had to tear it down to fix a bunch of things. Now that I have it fixed, Im going to sell it and buy a quadzilla or ltz400.
