First, what is the offset/bolt pattern of the wheels?

Second, has anyone else bent the crap out of the wheels? If so, how did you repair them or did you replace them?

Third, if you were to buy new wheels, would you buy new factory ones and ditch the stock tires? or would you buy aftermarket ones and ditch the stock tires? I guess my real question is which wheels are better/stronger/why?

Finally, would you reuse dented/bent wheels with new tires or just replace them?

Thanks guys...
Andrew

I bent my stock wheels the first "hard" time out. The wheels are not the problem. The stock 2 ply tire sidewalls suck. Try Titan tires with a 6 ply sidewall. The outer bead sticks out about 1/2" past the edge of the wheel rim to protect it.

Most of you questions can be answered just by thinking about what you like personaly. You can re-use the wheel with aftermarket tires. Only real reasons to change wheels is if they are bent beyond repair, if you just wanted another style, or the tires you buy won't fit on the stock wheels. But I would advise strongly to get rid of the stock tires, they are crap. I have 27" 589's and they are great for every serface.

Bolt pattern is 4/137
