Hey folks I need help....90 Kaw Bayou 220...The oneway starter clutch bolts broke off, took the housing off, flywheel off, replaced the bolts, put it all back together...and now, no fire to the plugs. All wires are connected everything looks fine, but I have no spark. I did notice that the back of the stator was chewed up a little from the bolt heads rolling around in there...Any help will be greatly appreciated...

This isn't uncommon at all. The thrashing around of metal in there has damaged your stator. Once the windings are no longer sending continuity, it's history. Time for a new stator.....or a rebuilt one.
