thinking of selling my beloved 650. anyone know a good place to list it?if i dont sell it has anyone had any problems fitting 27 inch tires on it?i got a set but have not mounted them yet.

 

I have 28" mudzilla's and they fit fine. I luv my 650 with 28" tires. No lift, no nothin, (except for a winch, oh, and a storage box).

Do not sell your 650. Put good tires on it and it will fix your problems. Although the 660 has superior ground clearance, don't let that fool you, the 650 has plenty of reasons to keep it. I read from the yamaha forum, 660's with bigger tires have worse handling and stability problems. Keep it, but with the big tires.

 

the only reason i am thinking of selling is to get a street bike. there seems to no time for me to drive a hourand a half to ride anymore. bad thing because i been riding since i was six

 

I guess I confused you with someone else.

Good luck with your decision, last guy I know of that had to give up his atv was devasted by it. Worse than a divorce.

Get a utility quad, and have some fun, everywhere. Get a sport bike, and become a greasy spot on the road.
