I seen a tecate in the paper for $4500 in mint cond.Is this a resonable price?I`ve always wanted one but I`m not sure I would pay that price.Are they as fast as a 250r?

Holy overpricedness! Yeah, they were the fastest stock 250 2-stroke that you could buy.

But, rumor has it, for 2001 you will be able to buy a NEW Kawasaki 250 2-stroke quad.

Way over priced but has lame frame, handeling, suspension and much much more. Thats why they only made it for 2 years. A good clean one is worth maybe 1500. Parts are normally not right under your nose for htat quad.
