not only is if fun but it will kill many things that mo's ussualy dont stock banshees stock and modified ex's i also heard that it will give a 440 ex a run for its money it is a great quad to modify the technology that the mo had in 87 was greater than even most quads now
liquid cooled look at the ex it was designed in either 96 or 7 and they didnt have it ten years later
look at the dohc
the raptor still only has sohc and so does the ex
if you can get a 330 to run with the big boys that 200 or 300 cc's over what you have it is awsome
i just cant wait to c his finished product

beasty, I understand why you want to mod your Mo. It is kinda neat to have something a little different, and a tricked out mo is just that. It is a great quad in the up to 350 cc 4 stroke arena. Modded it can outrun a 400ex. I have made plenty of 400 ex owners really mad by beating them with my mojave. It is true that aftermarket parts are harder to find for the Mo, but they are out there if you look hard enough. I chose to make my own, I realixe that everyone can't do that however. If my schedule would allow, I would make these parts available. You can see my Very Modded mojave in the albums I have up if you click here

thank you mojaveaddict

i am very interested in motor modifications and lengthening it but not so much into widening it. i race alot of cross country and hare scrambles and the main reason im getting a mojave is because of the small size. i know own a polaris trailblazer and the size is more than i want to mess with due to the tight woods sections where i race are extremely tight. out of curiosity, what parts did you get where and what can you manufacutre yourself? youre reply would be much appreciated.

Hossman,

What you said does make sense to me. It would be pretty cool to trick out a Mojave when all you see are 400EXs, Raptors, Banshees, etc. Have fun with your project!
