Could anyone help to confirm to me whether or not more bottom end power is produced by merely holding in the reverse overide button? I have read about this little trick a few times, but have never tryed it. Has anyone tryed this with confirmed results? If so could the switch be permenently by-passed without harming anything?
Thanks.

I tried it several times with no noticeable change in power, try for yourself to see if you can tell ant difference.

I tried it, no difference. I think some people said that only works on some early models or something.

I got gobs of power from an airbox mod (picture 19 on my website). I love it. Read the 650 detuned topic an then do what you feel is best.
