Do you have to completely dissasemble the bottom end to have the larger sleeve installed? Can i just take the cylinder and the bottom end to the machine shop and have it machined to fit? Thanks for the help.

If the pigeot is larger than the opening in the case, yes you must dissassemble the bottom end to have the cases bored.
If some idiot would agree to do it with a crank there and a rod hanging out, grab your stuff and run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not formilliar with the mojave's 330 kit, is thier no clearence for the new sleeve to fit. I believe it's .004" clearence needed. Give me your new sleeve size and I could check.
As far as the re-sleeve, just send it to the machine shop.
A very good shop to use for this work is, www.wesleeve.com, very good man.
