Word on the street is that Kawasaki purposely retarded the ignition timing on the 650 by programming the cdi box that way. Has anyone tried advancing the timing back by adjusting the stator? Is this a safe thing to do? (I run Premium fuel all the time) How much advance is too much? Keep up the good work on those CDI Boxes guys. I'm gonna get me one of them! Thanks for any info!!

Hey there Mr. PowerJunkie,How are things on your end?? Did you do a search for Mike Penlands number? I'm pretty sure I remember a post about someone asking for the number. Anyway seeya next weekend or whenever you choose to come up. If you want to go ride any where you might want to wait a couple more weeks for it to dry up a little. We are limited right now to where we can go. Oh yeah I forgot.....Try www.procircuit.com,they have a t-4 complete exhaust for your bike for around $400.00. It is not a disk type but it is tuneable by changing endcaps(different size endcap holes) See ya
