Hey guys. I've been reading all the posts here tonight and notice a lack of Kawasaki threads. Is it because we have the best quad around and it hardly ever breaks down, or what??? I love my 650!!! So far it has performed flawlessly with the only repair being my front outboard cv boots(self inflicted). This thing seems to have more power every time I ride it. I literally leave all my riding buddies in the dust!!!! Am I posting a thread tonight to get information about a breakdown? NOPE!!! Just proud to have a 650!!!! Tell me a good 650 story guys, cause where I live, I have the only one. Keep the rubber side down!!!!

I ran into a high school kid tonight on the trails. He rode a Polaris Explorer 300 which looked old. Man could this kid ride. I am still learning what my 650 can do and this kid just left me in the dust. Then I let him ride my 650. Man, he was gone!

We came to a drainage ditch that in a million years I would not have thought about going up. He did it with my 650 easily in 2WD; and it was steep. I could not get his Explorer over it and had to go around after sliding down two times. On the way back he went down to on my 650. The grill guard definetly scraped up some mud. I ended up finally getting my ATV back and did the inclines myself. What fun! This kid just grinned when I asked him if he wanted to ride the 650 again. He loved the speed and all I saw was dust.

Heck, I am 33 and found a 17 year old riding partner. He can teach me a few things.

I rode 81 miles last week on my 650. My riding buddies were a little tired of riding I think, maybe because they didn't have the soft ride the 650 has. On another trip, one of my riding buddies told me how he watched the suspension working up and down so softly on my 650 while he was getting beat up on his ATV. Yep. I'm, proud of my Prairie 650 too.

I towed a 2000 Yamaha Grizzly out of the woods last Saturday.I had my girlfriend on the back, I weigh in at a scant 250 lbs and the guy on the Grizz had to be 210 or better.Towed him for about 20 km .I could run 50 km/h easy!!I could still accelerate going uphill too. This thing has serious grunt.

Cuz you Dust all the other quads with your Prairie, I bet.

I have picked my next tire purchase. I am thinking about whether to keep the stock rims or not.

I can't decide if I should post a new topic or not.

Young Minds generally haven't experienced as much pain as "us" older ones have, and young bodies heal up faster than older bodies.

Back to the Topic: I love mine, and everyone that rides it hate me afterward, because now they're going to have to go out and buy one...

NYROC,

What tires did you decide on? There are many tire folks in this forum still deciding on aftermarket tires. On this particular day I am leaning towards 27" Gators.
