Matthew, Supertrapp and Cobra make exhaust for KLF220. K&N makes a high flow air filter and a jet kit too. I would not put the pipe on without the jet kit also. A lean condition could easily occur with pipe alone. I haven't done any mods to mine yet, other stuff keeps breaking down taking all my time and mod money away but I have ridden piped and jetted little quads like ours and the power increase is good. If you make any mods, be sure to post back and let us know what you did and how it turned out!
Bayou 220 Supertrapp exhaust # 631-6220
Dyno Jet kit # Q 204
K&N filter # KA 4093
I found these part #'s a couple of months ago while I was searching out possible mods for my Bayou 220. They should be available from lots of ATV parts sources. BTW several people have told me to get the Supertrapp over the Cobra. It's mo'$, but it's tunable and of better quality.
Good Luck!

I don't remember where, but I do remember that I found them in more than one place. I have dealt with Recreation Unlimited in the past and gotten good service from them. They have a web site. Get a Dirt Wheels or ATV Action magazine and check out the ads in them. Just because they may mot show the item you are looking for does not mean they don't have it, you may have to call them to find out. I think a big atv store called Ronnies is in your neck of the woods. Check them out too. Have at it!!

In my opinion, trying to get more speed and power out of a Bayou 220 would be like trying to do the same with a farm tractor. The Bayou was designed as a low-frills, utility machine for those on a budget. Yes, you can throw money at it and get some improvement in speed and acceleration. However you'll still be far behind the sport or sport/utility qauds with a drivetrain built for speed and pull.
Let me add that the only good reason to get upset when others are going faster than you is when they are being paid more to do it.

Well I understand you want more power and I understand you already own the quad, so don't let it get you down.
Get a supertrapp pipe for it. You can get the supertrapp part number off thier site and they will sell it to you, but I think it's like 279 from there. Also a high flow filter and jet kit will help quite a bit. Go to dynojets site for the part number there and K&N for the part number of the filter.
This will give you plenty of power. Web makes a cam as well if you want to go that far.
Get a 1 tooth larger front sprocket, this will help with your speed
