~help on Sproket flange~

On my mojave, the flange moves alittle on the axle!! What should i do? it has a new axle and flange ,why is it still moving??

Did you remember to install the c-clip that goes on the little groove on the axle. If you did remember the only thing it could be is that the big nuts on the axle are loose.
