yet along with the 650 "sport" quad they would definitely have to have something like the supposed "400 tecate" ( yes i know it's not a 2-stroke and therefore it shouldn't be called a tecate, but they don't have another name readily available ) to coincide with the v-twin

 

They could really tune that 650 toward sport purposes, too.If you use a little imagination its a very workable idea.

Just to put my two cents in. But of anyone recalls in the Nov. 2001 issue of Dirtwheels, they got a picture of a "maybe" concept Kawi atv. When Dirtwheels asked a represenative of kawi, he said that this fall they will introduce a brand new kawi atv. I just hope its true.

 

650 or 750 cc Sport Quad, If they cannot call it a tectate maybe they can call it kaopectate cause it would stop a lot of the crap out there in it's tracks.

have you guys been asleep or am i just missing something? kaw. does have the 650 v-twin engine in a sport quad.... the vfx 700. we've known this and seen pics for quite some time... did you all miss it or something? that is surely the "750" quad the rep was talking about. go check it out at their web site, or any of the quad sites for that matter.

 

It is in the new dirt wheels 700cc sport.

 

You didn't look at the original date did you? It was from back in May! 2fiftyX just brought the thread back to life to prove that his inside information was correct.
