2001 Mojave, ADVICE NEEDED>!!!!!

I dont want none of that crap how bad it is. i know it is bad. just give me some advice. I want to know what are teh best shocks to get and where can i get them. i am also looking foward to getting 20x11x9 6 ply Razr (rears) on .190 Douglas Rims. DOes anybody have those tires on a mojave and would u reccomend them. thanks.

I think custom axis and works are the only available shocks for the mojave right now. If you switch to a 250r rear shock you can get a rear from any manuf. I think someone on the forum said that they had elka front shocks but I spoke to marc kingsley of elka suspension and he said they don't make them for the mojave. Axis will run you around $850.00 a pair and you can get works for about 300 and they have dual rate springs and work really good. I have some and love them. If your not going to be mx racing the works would be good enough.

You will not be able to use the 20x11x9 tires you mentioned unless you change the rear hubs. The stock mo hubs will not work with wheels smaller than 10 inches. You can get 20x11x10 tires or you can change the hubs. Durablue makes hubs to do the job and hubs from a honda 200sx will fit as well.
