Amen... I bet that KX500 is awesome. I thought about getting one before I got my CR250. Oh well, whats done is done.

 

Why would anyone buy a sportquad? I'll tell you why. Quads aren't just for old people that like to go slow on the trails, there are also those of us that like to go fast and jump. If you ask me, I think that makes us better riders because it takes more strength to ride a quad as fast as we do. I'm not saying I don't like dirtbikes, heck I like them almost as much as quads, but not quite as much. And if I had a choice of which one I would rather have in the woods going fast, it would be the quad all the way. So, 2fat4moto, I completely DISagree with you. Saying that some us that we shouldn't buy the sport quads is like calling us morons for doing it.

 

Sorry 01TRX300EX, Was not trying to offend anyone. Just trying to say how much fun it is having a quad & a dirt bike. But if you want to talk about strength,try riding a Prairie650 wide open through the woods with your wife on back.

 

i think quads are alot better than bikes. quads in the mud and sand are the best. bikes in both really suck. with quads, you dont have to carry them through the mud, you just plow through it!! if you want to go fast, i will admit bikes are what you want, but if you dont want to worry about balancing, and just ride where ever, quads are what you want.
