I'm pulling the airbox ,snorkel, surge tank, ect. off Can I rejet using stock jets or should I buy a dynojet kit. Also where do I start with jets and settings.

if you are getting a clamp on too and tossing that retarded air box by the dyno jet needle it is way eaiser to jet i just did mine a week or two ago runs much stronger

 

The cutting out at WOT that you are getting is probably not a jetting issue. You are hitting the rev limiter and it is cutting out to prevent further reving. Jetting it "right on" will help power since you now have a pipe but the rev limiter will still cause it to cut out. The rev limiter can be removed however.
