Simple question for the folks with a service manuel. What are the stock main jets for the p650? Also, what temps are these mains rated down to (safely that is). I plan on running my bike down to at least 30 deg F. I would like to have a "winter" setup (25 to 40 deg) and a summer setup wich will most likely be the stock jets. I'm running the stock air filter with the diamond racing snorkle. One more question, are the Keihin main jets the same for the CV style carbs and the D style carbs? (The "D" style carbs are used on snowmobiles and have a D shaped throttle slide. If nobody can answer these questions I will try to do some digging as far as the sled jets go. They will undoubtably be cheaper if they can be obtained via the sled parts dudes. provided they are the same animal of course. Thanks. TB

stock jets are 138 front, 142 rear per service manual 0-1600' nothing mentioned about temperature..
pre a mikuni carb tuner calculator a 137.5 main behaves like a 135 main if it has a temp change of +30 degrees, a 132.5 if a temp change of + 50 degrees, if it gets colder it acts like a 140 between 20 and 30 degrees, at -50 degrees it acts like a 142.5..

NOTE: these are tempurature CHANGES, not out side temps..so if your jetting is dailed in at 80 degrees, and you ride at 40 degrees, it is a temp change of 40 degrees..

(I got the carb calculator from dennis kirk, only 3 bux)

hope this helps..
