Whats up everyone the mojave seems to be lacking attention in this fourm, So i want to know what everyone here is running. I like to know what other people have done because then i can get some good ideas too.
My Ride:
87 mojave, White bros exhaust, works shocks all around steelers up front quadstar on back, fast trekers on ITP .190 wheels, Tag x-5 Cr bend, magnum bearing carrier, dg nerfs, uni filter, 13 tooth front sproket, Green 2000 race cut fenders with maier smoothy hood (fenders used to be lurches, so were the shocks) I basicly have what his quad used to be.
So whats everyone else got?

 

I see you have dg nerf bars.Ijust bought mine last week.What did you do for foot pegs.The heal guards wont go on with the dg nerfs.Did you buy aftermarket pegs that worked with them.

Hey, I'm in the process of instaling a cam chain, I need to pull the flywheel, to take my old one out. Are there any motorcycles/ ATV's that have the same threads for a puller, because I can't find a puller anywhere, except a universal puller for $50.

2000 Mojave, Holeshots, Cobra Megaphone, DG bumpers, K&N. Basically stock.

 

I never had a heal guard on my quad so i never worried about it and all you have to do to make them fit is switch them so they are backwards... put the left peg on the right side and put the right peg on the left side. i hate the dg nerfs the nets on them are crap.

Mojave300ex: when i got my new timing chain i just took it to a shop because i didnt feel like dealing with all that i suggest you do the same.

 

when I put my cam chain in I just took it to the kawi dealer and had them pull the flywheel. thy only charged me $5.00

I Have a 2002 Mohave ,with a brand new KN power up kit,A Big gun Exhaust.How does she run.LIke a raped and scaulded ape and it now sounds like a sportbike.I said to the salesman at the dealership,hot damn that thing looks like it always belonged on there.He agreed then I asked him bout the hop up potential and why Honda this an honda that and there only air cooled.He had agreed with me told me some 1 else had same problem too that came in there.Only bad thing is now figuring out what to do w my Blown up and holed Banshee?! word of advice never ever let any 1 ride your scoots no matter how much they cry,pester plead beg or call ya vulgar names because if ya do ya bike will get messed up and then the real fighting will begin.Been there done that blown up that whats next![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
