I Put the old mojave up for sale!!! Now I have just found out that my Dealer is getting in 3 KXf400's!!! I was going top buy a brand new KX 250!!! But now iam not sure!!! what do uguys think!!! what would u get>??? money$$$$ is not a guestion hear!! But i cant get bouth!! So!! what would u guys pick??

 

I would go for the KX. I enjoy riding quads with my wife on back, but when it's just me I hop on the CR. It is by far the most fun, even if all your friends are on quads! Also, unless you are getting a sweet deal on a KX, a CR is made better and, as a whole, will last longer. But I can't blame you if you are set on a KX, they are my favorite, just a little behind at the moment!

thats kind of a ridiculous statement.the kx's have never been behind the cr.i will admit that the cr is a very wll built bike and they seem to last forever.but as far as performance and handling they are right up topar if not better then the cr,and you obviously haven't seen the 03 kx's have you.all new design and lighter then the cr aluminum frame.

 

Yeah, I have seen it. Maybe you missed the part where I said that the KX was my favorite! As far as the new KX, all I see is cheap rims, same frame with new paint with a few angles changed, and some new plastic. I can't wait to read the shootout! I will place my bet on the CR &amp; CRF! Let me say it one more time, KAWASAKI IS MY FAVORITE! In '01 when I got my CR, I had a '94 KX &amp; I liked it better than the '01 KX. Honda is way ahead in the 250 class. I HOPE by '04 Kawasaki will be back in the game. I would not count on the '03 being much of a contender in the shootout.

 

go for the KX 500,they still make them this year and you're very lucky
to have a 500 2 stroke again in the family,enjoy!
