I found out from another website, nevermind.
The Quadzilla was offered only during the 1987 through 1990 model years.

Anyway, yes the Tecate is faster than the 250R. NO it's not faster than an LT500 OR Banshee.

yes, the internet article left some topspeeds out, but in the real 3&4wheel action magazine test in 1988- they state the topspeeds of all the bikes tested. back then, the original ATVSPORT (much better than todays version) would also state the topspeeds of bikes tested. ill see if i can locate it. i still have the issue and alot of older issues.

yeah the only one that kept making 2 stroke atvs was yamaha most everyone else had stopped late 80' and early 90s

 

If your going banshee hunting, according to the drag race times when you return in 4.6 seconds the banshee will allready be back waiting on your quadzilla. Just jabbin at ya, not trying to start nothin.

 

BTW, the tecate was faster than the 250r, but it did NOT handle as well period.

 

does anyone have any drag times of the newer sport quads??? id like to see something like that. i wonder if the YFZ or 450R would beat the quadzilla????
