well i entered my very first 300 ft. grass drag today with my kx500 powered tecate.
now i took this quad there totally setup with my mx trim.no tie downs no wheelie bar not even very good tires.had i had better tires i'm sure i would've done a little better. but i think i ran some decent times non the less.
first pass
5.583 @57.97 mph
5.312 @57.87 mph. i missed shifted 4th.
5.175 @59.891 mph
then the last race i went out of bounds and still run a 5.273 @59.016
so that was with a complete motocross setup. i will be better prepared next time with better tires . i think i can get it in the 4's easily and in the 60+ mph zone.
