I'm a little skeptical about any pipe that is supposed to be effective throughout the band, but the Super Trapp is probably as good as any & better than some, since you can tune it to suit your conditions at the time. With the discs it comes with you would have a little better performance off the bottom, and by adding some more discs you would gain a little better mid range, and so on to the top end.
I run an older model outside disc Super Trapp in back of a Curtis Sparks pipe on my Warrior with 20 discs for top end, which is the maximum recommended by Super Trapp. I don't know if the same applies to the new model.
