mojave performance parts help
#1
i just ordered a Dg RCm steel pipe w/ spark arrestor, uni two stage filter, alloy Dg front bumper, and twist grip throttel. Any idea where i should start on jet size for the pipe and filter? How much performance will this give me? Is this a pretty good pipe? Should i run the spark arrester when i dont need to? Also, what handle bars are people using on this bike? Length, angle? Could i get away with a bar less than 100$? Also, in the full size kawasaki atv catalog, in one of the pics on the mojave page, theres one with out a head light, like the whole black plastic piece was replaced, can you buy this part?

SHould of got a Super-trapp pipe. Probaly the best pipe for the mojave, Thats what I have plus uni air filter,Twist throttle, carb jets that were recomended when I bought the pipe and razr tires all around, and Renthal handle bars I bought for $40 at Midwest action cycle in lake geneva the are 31 inches long, and I don't know the deal with the headlight piece. Mine beats 300ex's with the same mods as me.

For the money the dg pipe is not a bad choice i have one on my 99 mojave with a dynojet kit its been some time i dont remember what jet size it was i also have a kn air filter renthal handle bars i cut about 1/2-2 inches off the ends because it was too long depending where you ride is weather you want to keep the spark arrester on when it is off it is loud i just have the straight pipe and the people that ride behind the bike jet hit with the air compression . Cant wait to get my TC 405 ex back together and sell this bike email me if you have any other questions

I have a DG steel RCM on my 1987 Mojave and it's a good pipe. I have the one wihtout the spark arrester. The Supertrapp is a better pipe, have on my 1990 Mojave, but for the money the DG is great! The nose piece is a Maier nose piece. I got my off TEAM GREEN'S Mojave. The finish sucks so they painted them Kawaski Green.
