Hardest part of rejetting the carb is simply getting to the damn thing. Some guys rejet without removing the plastic but I found it to be way easier with the fenders removed.

I beleive the Super Trapp Competition Pipe makes the most power but it cost about $300 that's why I didn't get it...I paid like $209 for my FMF.

U guys are right about the race series! ONLY if u are doinf some SERIOUS mods to the motor! If nto then just go twith The WB-S bend! or the quit series! but race does nto give u any more power unless u have some motor mods done!

I have a kN airfilter,BIg gun race exhaust and dyno jet kit on it.It makes a difference in the low -mid range, not sure bout top it hits the rev limiter sooner tho and then it just pops an spits.Wants to put a klr 250 box on it but Im not sure if t will cost my motor so Ill leave that alone right now.Its way louder which isnt to good,Flames out 1 in awhile an it seems just as finicky to start specially w that damn forward kickstarter ya cant get a good kck outta of it w it it coming back hitting ya shins an folding up.hmmmphhrrrr

would think big gun would make most power w the jet coated header and pipe, others only come w silencer.Id love to ge tmy bike on a dyno see wat it now makes over a stocker or if it has lost HP thru out the range anywhere.I know it relieved alot of backpressure cause when bike loads up it dont snap the kickstart back as violently
