2000 Lakota
#1
I would like to improve my Lakota I ordered a K&N power jet kit today and I was going to get a new exhaust but there was none in stock at the time. The dealer suggested a RCM exhaust I am not familiar with this pipe. I welcome any advise on pipe selection and any other performance tips for my Lakota. Thanks!!!

Try a COBRA UTILITY SERIES for your KEF300 Lakota its an inexpensive OEM replacement exhaust system that will increase your HP! It's quiet and has a u.s. forest approved spark arrester built in for the same price! available from GOLDEN WEST CYCLE at 1-800-383-6776 for only$119.95
Hope that helps ya- G-man

To get my wifes lakota to run better. I shaved the head .020 and put a 300ex carb on it to get some real throttle response. after I did this I had to go up 1 tooth on the front sprocket to keep from hitting the revlimiter too quickly. It will keep up with a stock 300ex now
