Buying Prairie 650 tomorrow. Should I get the 2003 Green for 7100 OTD or the 2002 Red w/ camo over the plastic for 6900 OTD?? Is the 2003 worth the extra $200? Are there any aftermarket goodies for the 2003 yet?

 

I had a 2 month old green 2002 650 that was stolen and just replaced it with a 2003 red 650. The air box is supposed to be different (don't know how much it helps) and the engine braking is supposed to be improved. It has a different V Twin sticker and also a belt indicator light. Also, the trailer hitch is standard, so that's $50 you don't have to worry about paying. As far as performance, I can't tell about any differences yet.

 

I decided to get the 2003, it ran great today. Put 3 hours and 51 miles on it, tomorrow once I hit 60 miles.... The break in ends and the work begins [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
