That works for me too.
Haynes on a more serious note try this. Turn the air screws in untill the motor runs rough take note at what screw setting this happens at eg. 1 1/2 turns from bottom. Turn the same air screw out till the motor wants to run faster take note eg. 4 turns out then turn the air screw in to half way inbetween the two eg. 2 3/4 turns out. Repeat for the next cylinder although the next cylinder might not be the same as the first make sure you do the front cylinder first.

It doesn't sound like a mixture problem to me; more like jetting.
Question: Have you performed any modifications? (Exhaust; K&N Filter, etc.?)
If not, have you checked for a dirty air filter?
You might try taking the cover to the air box off and trying a hole shot and see if the problem goes away (or get's worse).

Check my signature for my list of mods. I keep my air filter always clean. I recently lowered my jetting from 132f/136r to 130f/ 134r and the slight hesitation on takeoff remains unchanged. My carbs are in synch. Last weekend I adjusted my belt, hope it makes a difference. Don't get me wrong, my machine runs great, just trying to fine tune everything. It doesn't help that I am learning as I go. Never was very good mechanic. Much thanks to NYROC site or I won't try half the stuff I do. I'm sure it doesn't help that I am 250 lbs and have 27" 589 M/T and as much beer as I can carry on board!!!

OOOpps! My Bad. If I would have looked, I would have seen that stuff you have done to your quad.
Have you checked/replaced spark plugs? It wouldn't hurt to try, plus, you could verify that you aren't running that beast too lean. Other than that...I'm afraid that we are at the end of my technical expertise or experience.

2 ways to solve problem
1) turn air screws in as it seems you are lean so screws maybe out too far. Turn in half a turn at a time and try that.
2) Hold the throttle to the position you are having trouble and adjust airscrews only if you are talented. There is a screw limiting throttle position on the handle bar behind the throttle. Turn in screw to hold throttle to position of trouble and adjust the airscrews.
This is experimentation as every bike is different so you will have to try different positions for the airscrews. General rule of thumb is between 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 turns from bottom. Hope this helps.
