Ok this is probley a dumb question but Im going to ask anyway.

Does anybody know of a gold touch up paint that matchs the racks on my 03 P650?

I got some nasty scrapes on my front bumper tubes today and I want to get something to cover them up.

Any Ideas on the paint?

Just goto your local hardwear shop and pick up some spraypaint..(the good kind).

 

I believe you can buy that paint from Kawasaki in a spray can.I bought a can to touch up the racks on my 2000 Lakota and was pleased with the results.The only downside is,it costs $30 a can[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

Yeah,I know,I'm an idiot for paying that much for a can of spray paint.But at least it was guaranteed to match.I'm really picky about cosmetic stuff.

 

Go to your PPG paint dealer and ask them to run a prophet pronounced(profit)....on some of the gold with no scratches and a big enough area like a 4inch square.....it will match PERFECT....good luck

Are you saying that I have to scrape off a 4inch square paint sample to have it matched?
I dont think I want to do that.

No im saying the put this maching like a camera on top of the paint and it takes a picture of the paint....no harm done to the paint....

 

OK I got it now. Sounds good.
