Has anyone raced 400ex's how bad did you will or was it a close races.

 

I can kinda answer this one. I got to ride a Z today for the first time and was pretty impressed with the power, and it is completely stock. I have no doubt that it is faster than my ex and I have a pipe, filter, and jet kit. It revs real quick. We lined up a few times though it was a short straight, and by the time we hit third gear he was almost always ahead of me. If the straight was longer i think it would have been even harder to stay with him. I think off the line they are close but once the Z starts hitting the higher gears it pulls away.
