I have had my P-360 since April and really like it. I think the pro's are as follows: Engine Braking, switchable 2x4 - 4x4, front diff lock, great rear brakes, auto tran with low, great suspension, comfortable seat, good low end torque, easy maintainence (oil change, oil filter, spark plug, belt adjustments) and towing and rack capacity. Negatives would be your not going to win any races with it (not a big deal to me) I would have liked to see Kawi give the engine 4 valves instead of 2. I have experienced problems with the belt squecking, but have ordered a service manual & a black secondary spring from EPI to hopefully correct that, & I'd like to see Kawi put a stock speedomoter with it, although you can pick up one of those like I did for $116. I think it's a hard bike to beat in the 300cc - 400cc class, and even has some advantages to the bikes that are bigger then 400cc.

I think you will find that the pros outweigh the cons on the 360. Thats the whole reason I bought this particular machine. I tested all the 300-400 class machines before I decided on which one to get, and the 360 had the best of all of them. I wanted a little more low end than my xplorer gave and I got it. I wanted a better ride than the hondas have, and I got it. I wanted to be able to lock the front end and I got that too. I couldn't find anything else that had that. The only thing close was the Sportsman 400, but when I rode my friends, it seemed to have great top end power, but not much low end.

WTF man if you want a fast quad buy a Sport quad...Good greif if your looking for a mid-size ATV there's none better than a 360 in short it's a 650 with a smaller motor....Kawasaki Rep. said that on ATV TV.

All I'm saying man is my 360 WILL go anywhere your 650 will....I might not beat you in a drag race but then again it's not a sport quad and neither is your 650....Who says I'm stuck with mine....I bought it I have never ever regreted buying it. If the 650 is so great (which it is) why did you buy your wife a Vinson??? There are plenty of dealers out there that will get you a 650 for the same price as the Vinson!

I dont understand why people complain about the P-360 being underpowered. IT'S A 362cc, if it was a 500 then yea you'd have something to make an issue. The fact is it's not ment to go 60 mph & doesn't come close, 40-45 mph at 7000 ft for me is good power from a 362cc engine, I'm sure Kawasaki had no intenions of it competeing with the 360 in races. The fact is that it has good power (not excellent) and has all the features allot of ATV'ers like my self are looking for, not everyone needs to rip down the road 60 mph, but to those who do enjoy, and I cant say I'd mind doing so on occasion, but I'd rather have the extra $1400 in my pocket, and my appendages all attached. Now if I could only get that damn belt to stop singing, & the choke to work correctly I'll be set...

I have to agree with Uinthas, I have never found that I needed to go 60 mph on a mountain trail or even a road. If I wanted to, or had a reason to I would have just bought the Sportsman 500ho and been done with it. I had the option to buy whichever quad I wanted and I chose the 360. I really dont see too many people around my area who have to drive that fast on the trails, but maybe we all just use common sense and dont want to put ourselves or the others on the trail in danger.

...Hmmmm...... struck a "Nerve" there huh....! The 360 also used just about as much gas as the 650 Prairie at the end of the day...and just because a person owns a 650 prairie..doesnt mean they or I drive 50/ 60 mph down the trail...anyone cought doing that should have a citation//speeding fine go on their drivers license record...as a claims adjuster I see too many fatalitys because of people driving over their ability on sleds or atv's...My opinion remains... the 360 is Underpowered for a full size atv, with a automatic......dont take my opinion soooo personaly....of course it can go just about anywhere my 650 will go.....its just that it will be screaming its lungs out, to get there...case closed !!!!
