Mounted the Bear Claws today!!

OMG these thing look awesome!! I actually have 9.5" of ground clearance and the rear axle and 14" at the floorboards! I haven't had a chance to really drive them too much just around the house a little bit...But I will soon! Can't wait! As soon as I can get this thing clean i will take a few pics to show you guys. The only thing i have to complain about is how much it cost to have the tires mounted....$60 at a local tire shop...Seems really high to me...What kind of prices have you guys been paying?

Hope your happy with your tires, I was considering bear claws. At a local shop I paid $20 for mounting all 4. I just brought down my wheels and tires. I kept my old ones, so that takes away from disposal cost.

I kept my old tires too...I didn't check with the Kawasaki dealer or any other motorcycle shop because they are all like 40-50 mile from me I figured I'd get off cheaper by just going to a local tire store...But geez from what you guys told me you paid that's making me sick!!

Do any of you happen to have pictures of your 26 or 27 inch Bear Claws next to the Dunlops? I saw another thread that had photos of the Mudlites next to the stockers and they looked huge! I am more interested in the Bear Claws, however, so I thought I would ask.

Hey guys just wanted to say i took some time today to go riding...Still a bit of snow on the ground here...it's starting to melt so that means lots of MUD...Well the trails out behind my house dont have any really awful pits...but I can say that I hit them all and I made it through them all at just a tad over idle speed!

Hey pcpacker and new360,
I don't have any pics to compare them with stockers, but click the link in my sig to see them mounted. Wait a few more days and you will see pics of how they do in the snow...
