700 looked great, Yeah the floor guys at tha kawi quad area watched us pretty close. They did mention something about not using any tools on the 700.I was baffeled about this at the time, but no more.
Our trip to edmonton was a delight , i think i dollied off and back on just about every converter and trailer in the guys fleet. left here 8 am and didnt get back untill 12 last night.
I did get to see all of the cruisers i wanted to see in the 800 class, i was looking forward to the suzuki but found it is a lot smaller then the kawi, will read all of the propaganda on them today.
sorry i missed you but didnt get there untill 2.00 pm.

The black spring if that is what you are referring to doesn't help with bottom or top end it helps with belt deflection and wearability of the belt. It grabs the belt harder prolonging it's life and helps with the EBC engagement. It also helps if you have larger tires giving more snap off the line it is a definate necessity for prolonging belt life. Try this fellow for the EPI spring here in Canucksville you can PM him at SASCACH.

The 700 looks about the size of the Raptor but smaller than the DS should be fun for the weekend wannabee racer but they say it will run in 7 classes of the GNCC. Isn't it fun playing with big trucks makes you want to have one for going to the super market or just hauling around your toys. I left the show by 1:00 Pm, we will meet up in the spring. Your May long weekend run sounds excellent would be glad to partake in your festivities.

The black box is a tool box you are right there weren't any modds from the manufacturer as I think it is the one they are taking to all the shows. What ticked me is they didn't have it on a stand or pedestal to show it off, it was sort of hidden in a row of quads. They had a KFX 400 on display all decked out for ice raceing which was okay but I really wanted to see the 700 up close to take some pics. I wasn't really satisfied with the show fellows as they didn't want to answer any technical questions mostly because I think they didn't know. All they wanted to do was sell their stuff for what I thought was a premium price. To tell you the truth the best deal at least the only dealer that was willing to talk was a fellow from Saskatchewan at least he is willing to talk. Glad you like the pics.
