Default Mojave Shock info.

For all you Mojave owners always looking for upgrades. I installed a Fox rear shock with remote rezzie off of a Cannibal on our Mojave tonight. The shock was the exact same length and the mounting points where narrower than the stock shocks so no grinding required. I used stainless washers on both sides to fill in the gaps, but I'm going to make spacers soon as I get a chance.

I picked this shock up for $100 unused from a guy who replaced it before riding the Cannibal. If you can find an Ohlins it's better, but the Fox is still much better than the stock one and is rebuildable.

I also have a spare set of front Ohlins that I'm going to try on the front, picked them up in a similar situation for $150, and they have never been ridden on. On those I'm going to have to cut the bushing's down a little, but otherwise I think they'll fit fine. I'll be doing that install as soon as the Bergard a-arms get here.

what size are the Bergard a-arms? where did you get them and how much do they cost. I have been looking around but have not been able to find a place to get them for the mo.

The a-arms are +3, +2 are available. Bergard wanted like $525 for them but I'm gettting them from Hellbound racing for $399. You also have to get an LT250 lower ball joint that was around $100.
