If anyone has there solinoid from a warn 2500 winch laying around can you post any info here? ie.. manufacturer, part number, voltage/ amperage ratings. Basically anything that is printed on the thing. Would like to upgrade my 2000 and get rid of the rotary switch. Yes I know they sell an upgrade kit, but I just want the solinoid. Would use a small rocker switch on the handle bar instead of the remote switch and cable that is standard on the 2500. Easier to raise and lower the snowplow. Thanks.

 

I bought mine sol. from an atv store on the web will have to look.... I have a upgrade sealed rocker switch that I would sell, only opened package to look at it. But both items you can find on the net or maybe e-bay.... I really like the 2500 sol. you can use it and a small return to center switch and your set...
