hi i'm new to this site and i was wondering if any one ever heard of putting a KLR 250 CDI box on to the mojave to make it rev out higher and if so how to do i t and also is there any one from nova scotia on this site thanx chris

well i tried butt i used a box off a 85 klr on my 94 mojave and it did not have the same pluge

The klr 250 cdi will work on the Mojave. It will eliminate the rev limiter and it has a more agressive timing curve that helps acceleration. It will help more if you have mods like cams and more compression. The plugs are not the same so you have to change them. Best i can remember you just match the wire colors but there is one extra wire. I cant remember if it is a black or red wire. You just hook the extra wire to the other one that is the same color. I have a wiring diagram for this somewhere, i will see if i can find it.
