ATR 400 mile Report
Well I've now got 400 + miles on the ATR's. The front tires at without a doubt the best tire on the market. They are holding up better then I had hoped for. And the Differance in the steering and handling of the quad, is so good that even if they didn't hold up to my riding, I will get then again.
Now the back tires are a little different. Up till now most of my riding has been in the snow and a little dirt. Last weekend I went out in the rock. (Loose gravel, shell, and big stuff). Sad to say that some of the outer ***** are tearing. Just the corners. Has anyone else noticed this problem?
A buddy and I looked them over and decided that it is because I always spinning the rears. (to much power). I still love them I just wish they could with stand the power of the 650. As far as riding on them, if you like riding fast, in the DIRT, I think they are the best. Also my father inlaw has them on his Honda 450. The rears are hold up better, but he only has about 100 miles on them.
For the Dirt they are the best!

I've only got 6 or 7 miles on mine (still in the break in period) but i love them! They are sooooo much better than stock tires. Hope they hold up though.
Hey 650 freak keep us informed on the condition of your tire's and the terrain your rideing in I just wanna see how mine are gonna hold up.( I will be doing a lot of different terrain rideing.)
Thanks

Ok had them out for the first ride today. MAN do they feel different than the stockers. At first they were a little scary, the bike wants to TURN so much more quickly and easily. It seems to make the steering way easier and turn-in much much quicker. The ride is magic-carpet smooth, I'd venture to even say smoother than stock. Didn't get into much mud or water today actually, mostly hardpack and sand trails. No complaints. The tires will take some time to get used to. I'll let ppl know how they do in the deep muddy stuff sometime soon.
