power outlet fuse...where??

Default power outlet fuse...where??
I think I blew the fuse on the power outlet on my 650. Does anyone know how to get at it. In the owners manual, it says it is an inline fuse, but I can't figure out how to get at it easily. Any help appreciated.

Its right under the seat where all the other fuses are. It takes about 1 minute to change.
