The shipping weight as listed on the MSO is 604 lbs. I estimated about 40 lbs of oil, water, diff. lube, and fuel.

Ge4x4:

Believe it or not that's up for you to decide, Like i said before i had it weighed at flying j truck stop. They printed it on a piece of paper that said my certified weight (with all my fluids in, full tank of gas and the extra's i listed) was 640 lbs. I don't know how accurate it was. But i will have my quad weighed again as novakaw 650 said, but this time i will have a truck trailer and quad go on first get the weight and then take my quad on and see what the difference is. I think some of your weights you listed might be a little off. ??? Where did you get the fluids weights from? I was informed by a utah highway patrol officer that water weighs 5lbs per gallon(I got an over weight ticket on friday dec.13 in a 33,000 lb truck... anybody superstisious? I know i am now!) and i don't think that a 50 50 antifreeze mix would bring it up to 8 lbs per gallon, "I could be wrong" Like i said before i don't know how accurate the scale was but i know that it's one awsome quad

I have a buddy that works at a feedmill. The scale they have is for measuring weights of bags and feed carts. It is accurate to the pound down to 50lbs. I weighed my 650 on there and got 642lbs with a full tank of gas. That was bone stock with hitch and rack covers. The way i have it set up now i am at 589lbs. So the weight posted above in the origanal post is probably about 30lbs off. which is pretty accurate on a truck scale.

Well my p650 might be thirty pounds heavier than i orginally posted, but i can still lift the front and rear end up by myself and swing them around. Try doing that with a 700 polaris... I hope you have insurance and a clean pair of underwear But seriously guys thank's for everyones post's on weight, it's nice to know how much a p650 weighs just for future refrence.

Thanks again to everyone that posted.

Guess I am gonna have to see for myself. I will load quad in pick up, go weigh pickup/quad. Go home, unload quad, go re-weigh pickup.
BTW, 2003650--- if the factory weight is accurate(604lb), your wet weight SHOULD be close!

I have some pics of when it was almost the way it is now. One of the biggest weight losses is the front bumper. I have a AC on it now and it weighs about 6lbs. The stock bumper weighs about 25-30lbs. Switching to the HMF saved alot of weight to. Plus no racks Took off a few plastic peices and some other odds n ends. You can see the pics by clicking on my profile. Theres a link there to my pics.
