My dealership still doesn't have a date nailed down for when they are supposed to take delivery of the KFX700's.

Does anyone know when they are supposed to hit the dealerships? I heard middle of March, then I heard they had been bumped up to the middle of Feb., then I was told maybe Feb. 24th, then back to the middle of March again.

Does anyone have a reliable source and can confirm the release date?

 

No one has the actual dates, even the kawi reps dont.

 

The company I work for supplies parts for almost all the motorcycle and ATV manufacturers, including Kawasaki. We just started shipping the parts we make for the 700 last week, so a March delivery sounds doable. It’s a great job because I get to find out about all the new quads months before they are announced. Unfortunately I would probably get fired if I said anything.

 

I have called and visited several dealers in the past week. The concensus is that they will arrive near the end of March. Every dealer I have spoken with says they are getting either 4 or 6 units in the first shipment and both colors are available. Also, they all want to sell it at MSRP since it is new. They claim they need the margin when they can get it. I did find one guy who will sell it to me with no tax if I drive across the state line. This should be quite a ride!

I'm currently padding my own Rubber Room. Don't worry, I have my helmet on already. If it doesn't get here soon, I'm going to put that 466 Ford engine that I have in the garage in my Wife's OZARK.

I'll be OK, the medication is starting to kick in now. It's time to have my milk and cookies, so I can finish my Finger Painting.

 

I plan on ordering one in the next week or two and still trying to find the best price out there, so far they all say MSRP which I have never paid for a quad and really don't want to but I really think this is the perfect quad for me. I know that once I order one I will be going nuts waiting for it man that is going to suck don't know how you guys are making her. Later

 

Hey, at least you didn't want to get on the Predator waiting list. I do have to say that Polaris is first at the liers convention on delivery. They were only off by 3 months. I'm just now gettin over the twitching that came from the agony of impatience. I can't wait to see what these big dogs do to my ride. HAPPY WAITING BOYS
