What' up? My new P-650 would backfire when cold, took it back to the dealer and he leaned it up a bit, it did help a little. But it still backfires, but now it does it after rolling off the throttle at high speed, not every time, but once in a while.
Also, what's with all the talk about belts, is everyone having trouble? My praire gives me a eerrrr once in awhile right after coming off idle when starting from a full stop. Talked to the dealer but naturally could not duplicate when there as it doesn' always do it.
Other than these problems, love the quad, kicks butt. Have a Sportsman 500 HO, been a good ride, but a little to tame.

Ammo, Horseman is giving you sound advice. Better get the jet thing figured out. As for the belt, I would get the black or red secondary clutch spring from EPI to help that problem. Make sure your deflection is set properly. Also, If you talk to sled guys, they will tell you that the worst thing you can do to a belt drive system is to get on the gas hard from a dead standstill. Get it rolling before you nail it. It will save some belt life.
