ok....ive checked everything......i think....it still refuses to start...bu now i know why...only 25lbs compression. it does not backfire through the carb....only throught the exhaust. carb is on good...got good spark did i burn an exaust valve?? if anyone can help iwould appreciate it very much---im gettin a feeler guage to check the clearances tomorrow..but that wont tell me if a valve is burn..right? is there any way to tell if a vavle is burn without pulling the head?

 

yea you messed up in the valve department , thats the reason for the low compresion, want new valves try www.denniskirk.com and they are made by a company called vesrah i beleive theyll have thenm there
