just bore what it needs. The difference between .010" over or even a full millimeter won't be significant enough for you to worry about.
I did a megacycle kit not to long ago it was a huge difference. Can't remember what bore we went to but it was only what it needed.
If you go with 11.5:1 comp piston some cams and porting it will be excellent. But don't forget to factor in timing chain, Valves and possibly rockers and springs. Check out if powroll.com still has some springs and valves in there garage sale, they were pretty cheap.
Coherent poblem is pitting of the rocker arms. Megacycle refaces rocker arms but for the price you may find new ones to be an option.
Hopefully no crank or rod issues come about, but budget yourself $750 to $1000 to do a good job.
Ofcoarse FST offers the big bore kit, but that can be quite exspensive figuring the resleeve and case bore.

Just bore it to the first size. You will not be able to tell a difference between the 1st and 2nd bore and then you will not have the option to go to the second size next time. I suggest getting a wiesco in their 1st size.
