Just installed the black and red spring. I must admit I was a little concerned about the red spring due to reports of it engaging hard... Some say its not good for technical trails or rock hoping and since I do a fair amount of this type of riding I was skeptical of its performance.

To my surprise I loved the combo... Sure it took a little to get used to But the grunt this thing has is incredible. I took it out for a few days on a series of rocky, technical trails (moab area) and the p650 performed perfectly.

My engine braking works better (almost too good) It appears I may have lost a little of the top end (aprx. 4 mph) but It is definately a quicker machine. (raced a stock prairie and beat it by an easy length)

I realize that some may not like the red spring but if your curious about it... don't dismiss it til you try it.
