Default need better mojave valves!!!!..where ??

ok.......i took apart my engine...and found that the intake valves have started to sink into the head...im going to get some new seals, and seats....i want to know if there is any other place to buy valves than kawasaki itself, because the new valves im afriad will do the same thing as the old valves.....anyone who knows a good website to get some nice hard valves for a decent price, please post its location....thanks......any other place i could get some other parts that i need would be great too.................

Call Cycle Works Racing at 717 637 1907. They specialize in mojaves. Ask for Greg, he has some good stainless steel mojave valves. Even has them in 1mm oversize. Nice guy too. No web sight so you have to call.

I would not recomend the oversize valves unless you plan on a port job and cams. Big Gun pipes and a port job dont mix. Big Gun offers a quite core for your pipe that you moght want to check on.

yes the valves will work but whoever cuts the seats for them needs to cut it for the oversize valves. You can not just stick them in your head and lap them in. A good shop that has three angle cutting can do it. Or just send the head to Greg at CWR and let him put the valves in and then send you back the head with the valves in ready to install. He does good work. You should see the port job he did on my head.

I did not recomend them because they will not just seat right in with just a lapping. Which is what most people want to do. But you have them installed properly then all is good.
