Default mojave, warrior, or 300ex

i would like to know if these quads are any good. the mojave, warrior, and the 300ex, or 250x. which quad has the best handling on and off jumps, what the speeds are, and which is the best?

hey i would say if you want to do the off road type of stuff i would go for the mojave i mean it is a all around type of bike but the bad thing is there is little suff for it i mean i have a lakota and it is a good bike i mean i like kawasakis they are great. but i mean if you just want to race i would go for a 300ex or a 250x, warrior. But i would mostly say i woulkd go wiht the mojave it is an all around bike. or the 300ex they are all good bikes i dont know you may want to talk to more people about it but i dont know what you want to do with if i new what you were going to do i can help!

I have a Warrior and it's a great woods machine. I currently have the motor torn down. The cylinder is bored and ready for the 11:1 JE piston. The head is ported and has stainless valves and titanium springs. With the .450 cam I am hoping for 30hp.

These motors are easy to work on if you don't want to spend big bucks at a dealer. There are lots of hop-ups available and spare parts all over the place...it is the same quad as it was 18 years ago. The motors are reliable in stock form with regular maintenance.

It is a comfortable machine and with a few mods it has great power...and they are pretty inexpensive. They are not high tech, but I think that's what makes them fun and easy to work on. I hear of some guys doing MX on them also, but XC is what they are more suited to.

the 300ex handles bettest, the warrior is fastest, and the honda's jump the best.

Overall, the 300ex would get the nod from me. I have owned a Warrior and bought a 300ex for my nephew so, I have spent a good amount of time on each and the Warrior is underpowered for the weight/size of the quad. It weighed more than my Z400 and put out like half the HP. The 300ex handles better, jumps better and is lighter. If you put a bunch money into the warrior motor you can get it up to speed with a 400ex but, why? Just buy a 400ex then.

I would not even buy another Warrior for my wife. I would buy a 300ex for her although, the Z400 is really what she likes

Man the mojave is a real contender to !
It has the same top speed stock as the 300 and responds to mods better then the 300! i love my mojave
i had to sell my 98 300ex just so i could get some $$ for mods! haha
Lov the mojo to death! great bike! The 300 was a very nice bike also but just not the same power!
