Update on P650 and pictures from the past 2 weeks
#1
Hey everyone,
Well my P650 is almost 3 weeks old now, and everytime I go out for a ride, I always come back with a big smile on my face. This thing is just a blast to drive. I've already got 700KM on the odometer so it will be going for it's first service in the very near future. I will be ordering the Black Spring this week, and it will be installed when the first service is performed. I can't wait to see the difference that the Black Spring will make. I've included some various ride pictures from the past 2 weeks at the end of my post. As you can see, we still have lots of snow up here in Eastern Canada, and I've had plenty of chance to try out the 26" Mudlites. I can say that the Mudlites have performed flawlessly. I've had to break a lot of new trails, and I haven't had any problems. You will notice that in some of the pictures, there is a stock Camo P650 also. This is my buddy Chris's new toy. The night I purchased mine, I let him take it out for a drive since he was leaning towards purchasing a Grizzly 660, and I figured that one ride on my P650 would convert him to the Green side. Well it worked, the very next day, Chris was the proud new owner of a new Camo P650. His is still bone stock, but I've ridden his a couple of time, and I definitly enjoy my Mudlites more then the stock Dunlops. I'm glad that I decided to upgrade my tires right away. I think it was a good investment. Overall, I'm quite please with my new purchase. The power and handling is just incredible on this machine, and for a quad that doesn't have IRS, the ride is quite suprisingly smooth.
Here is the link to the pictures. Click on the folder called March 7-14 2003 to see some ride pictures from the last 2 weeks.

Nice pics! I went for a ride in the powder last sunday...awesome! I have 26" Bearclaws on mine and love them...but I also seen a set of Mudlites in the shop last week and was very impressed! Probably will be my next tires, but that shouldn't be for a long time. I have the black spring and I am now looking at some more mods for the summer. Have fun!

Man I wish I could ride in the snow during the winter but no snow in Georgia. My kaw 360 4x4 needs to see some snow next winter. I like those pics of the snow. If you know of a place to ride in the snow in southern Tenn, South Carolina, or Northern Alabama let me know so I can get geared up for next winter. Hope to see more pics soon maybe some good mud pics.

Yes snow ridding is awesome. You get to go lots of places that you usually can't go in the summer time, plus your bike stays clean. Mud pics will be coming in the spring. I've only had my bike for 3 weeks, so I haven't had a chance to get her very dirty yet. But her time will come.

Hey Dan
Whats the deal with the reflectors on the racks? I've saw a few others that were the same way. Do the Canadian models come that way?
Just wondering

Me being on safety side, I decided to add a bit of visibility
Actually, they come this way from the factory. I've been thinking about removing them, but then you are left with a little piece of metal hanging from the rack.
