I have narrowed my tire choice down to the 27" ITP m/s or the 27" mudlites. Which one of these tires hooks up better on the hardpack and which is a better mudder. Is the 27" tire still sporty enough on the trails. I will mainly be trail riding, but I also want to go through mudholes that my buddies go around. I really enjoy my 589's. Two other guys I ride with use the 27" 589's as well. They're not bad in the trails and really shine in the mud. The only drawback with them is higher speeds on hardpack. If you trail mostly at moderate speeds and like to show up the boys in the mud, go with the 589's. If you lean more towards dirt roads and high speed trailing with the occasional blast through the mud, then I'd probably go with the mudlites.
